Are you a 501c3?
The Gryphon Foundation for Global Change is a US based IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit. We are legally incorporated and in good standing with the state of Rhode Island. Your charitable gift may be tax deductible as allowed by law. Federal EIN: 99-3749763

How Can I donate?
We have a variety of ways that you can make a tax deductible gift. You can send a check, ACH bank to bank transfer, bank wire, or use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal using the embedded donation box above. We can also work with your broker for gifts of equities, your Donor Advised Fund, or your Estate Planner for larger charitable contributions.
How do you choose which organizations to support
At Gryphon Foundation for Global Change, we prioritize supporting organizations that align with our mission to empower diverse leaders and drive impactful change. We evaluate potential partners based on their commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and the potential for significant community impact.

How do we apply?
We look for nonprofits that are addressing critical needs, demonstrating effective leadership, and showing the capacity for growth and sustainability. Our goal is to collaborate with organizations that are poised to make a meaningful difference in their communities and beyond.​

We do not support
We do not fund or provide support to organizations whose Mission or whose founders and leadership demonstrate a history of intolerance, bigotry, or hate.

We do not fund individuals, unless they are seeking seed money to begin a non-profit.
We do not fund political organizations or lobbyists, although we will consider organizations whose Mission is to provide positive solutions to challenging geopolitical issues. ​
​
Our Training and Resources are available to everyone, and Direct Services and Mentorship are available to most.
However, we do not typically provide grant funding to well-established or well-funded ($1M+) existing U.S. based non-profits as that is outside of the scope of our Mission to help create, launch, and grow new non-profits or to help international NGOs create U.S. based sister organizations.
